सो अपने में से एक को भेज दो, कि वह तुम्हारे भाई को ले आए, और तुम लोग बन्धुवाई में रहोगे; इस प्रकार तुम्हारी बातें परखी जाएंगी, कि तुम में सच्चाई है कि नहीं। यदि सच्चे न ठहरे तब तो फिरौन के जीवन की शपथ तुम निश्चय ही भेदिए समझे जाओगे।
