तब उन पुरूषों ने यहोवा से बिना सलाह लिये उनके भोजन में से कुछ ग्रहण किया।

And the men	וַיִּקְח֥וּ	wayyiqḥû	va-yeek-HOO
took	הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֖ים	hāʾănāšîm	ha-uh-na-SHEEM
of their victuals,	מִצֵּידָ֑ם	miṣṣêdām	mee-tsay-DAHM
asked and	וְאֶת	wĕʾet	veh-ET
not	פִּ֥י	pî	pee
counsel at the mouth	יְהוָ֖ה	yĕhwâ	yeh-VA
of the Lord.	לֹ֥א	lōʾ	loh
	שָׁאָֽלוּ׃	šāʾālû	sha-ah-LOO
