the inhabitants יֹשְׁבֵ֥י yāšab ya-SHAHV
of Jerusalem, יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם yĕrûšālaim yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM
saying, לֵאמֹֽר׃ ʾāmar ah-MAHR
