Because יַ֕עַן yaʿan ya-AN
אֲשֶׁ֥ר ʾăšer uh-SHER
ye have not לֹֽא lōʾ loh
heard שְׁמַעְתֶּ֖ם šāmaʿ sha-MA
אֶת ʾēt ate
my words, דְּבָרָֽי׃ dābār da-VAHR
