Lamentations 3 - BBE (Hindi)

1 I am the man who has seen trouble by the rod of his wrath.उसके रोष की छड़ी से दु:ख भोगने वाला पुरुष मैं ही हूं;

2 By him I have been made to go in the dark where there is no light.वह मुझे ले जा कर उजियाले में नहीं, अन्धियारे ही में चलाता है;

3 Truly against me his hand has been turned again and again all the day.उसका हाथ दिन भर मेरे ही विरुद्ध उठता रहता है।

4 My flesh and my skin have been used up by him and my bones broken.उसने मेरा मांस और चमड़ा गला दिया है, और मेरी हड्डियों को तोड़ दिया है;

5 He has put up a wall against me, shutting me in with bitter sorrow.उसने मुझे रोकने के लिये किला बनाया, और मुझ को कठिन दु:ख और श्रम से घेरा है;

6 He has kept me in dark places, like those who have been long dead.उसने मुझे बहुत दिन के मरे हुए लोगों के समान अन्धेरे स्थानों में बसा दिया है।

7 He has put a wall round me, so that I am not able to go out; he has made great the weight of my chain.मेरे चारों ओर उसने बाड़ा बान्धा है कि मैं निकल नहीं सकता; उसने मुझे भारी सांकल से जकड़ा है;

8 Even when I send up a cry for help, he keeps my prayer shut out.मैं चिल्ला चिल्लाके दोहाई देता हूँ, तौभी वह मेरी प्रार्थना नहीं सुनता;

9 He has put up a wall of cut stones about my ways, he has made my roads twisted.मेरे मार्गों को उसने गढ़े हुए पत्थरों से रोक रखा है, मेरी डगरों को उसने टेढ़ी कर दिया है।

10 He is like a bear waiting for me, like a lion in secret places.वह मेरे लिये घात में बैठे हुए रीछ और घात लगाए हुए सिंह के समान है;

11 By him my ways have been turned on one side and I have been pulled in bits; he has made me waste.उसने मुझे मेरे मार्गों से भुला दिया, और मुझे फाड़ डाला; उसने मुझ को उजाड़ दिया है।

12 With his bow bent, he has made me the mark for his arrows.उसने धनुष चढ़ा कर मुझे अपने तीर का निशाना बनाया है।

13 He has let loose his arrows into the inmost parts of my body.उसने अपनी तीरों से मेरे हृदय को बेध दिया है;

14 I have become the sport of all the peoples; I am their song all the day.सब लोग मुझ पर हंसते हैं और दिन भर मुझ पर ढालकर गीत गाते हैं,

15 He has made my life nothing but pain, he has given me the bitter root in full measure.उसने मुझे कठिन दु:ख से भर दिया, और नागदौना पिलाकर तृप्त किया है।

16 By him my teeth have been broken with crushed stones, and I am bent low in the dust.उसने मेरे दांतों को कंकरी से तोड़ डाला, और मुझे राख से ढांप दिया है;

17 My soul is sent far away from peace, I have no more memory of good.और मुझ को मन से उतार कर कुशल से रहित किया है; मैं कल्याण भूल गया हूँ;

18 And I said, My strength is cut off, and my hope from the Lord.इसलिऐ मैं ने कहा, मेरा बल नाश हुआ, और मेरी आश जो यहोवा पर थी, वह टूट गई है।

19 Keep in mind my trouble and my wandering, the bitter root and the poison.मेरा दु:ख और मारा मारा फिरना, मेरा नागदौने और-और विष का पीना स्मरण कर!

20 My soul still keeps the memory of them; and is bent down in me.मैं उन्हीं पर सोचता रहता हूँ, इस से मेरा प्राण ढला जाता है।

21 This I keep in mind, and because of this I have hope.परन्तु मैं यह स्मरण करता हूँ, इसीलिये मुझे आाशा है:

22 It is through the Lord's love that we have not come to destruction, because his mercies have no limit.हम मिट नहीं गए; यह यहोवा की महाकरुणा का फल है, क्योंकि उसकी दया अमर है।

23 They are new every morning; great is your good faith.प्रति भोर वह नई होती रहती है; तेरी सच्चाई महान है।

24 I said to myself, The Lord is my heritage; and because of this I will have hope in him.मेरे मन ने कहा, यहोवा मेरा भाग है, इस कारण मैं उस में आशा रखूंगा।

25 The Lord is good to those who are waiting for him, to the soul which is looking for him.जो यहोवा की बाट जोहते और उसके पास जाते हैं, उनके लिये यहोवा भला है।

26 It is good to go on hoping and quietly waiting for the salvation of the Lord.यहोवा से उद्धार पाने की आशा रख कर चुपचाप रहना भला है।

27 It is good for a man to undergo the yoke when he is young.पुरुष के लिये जवानी में जूआ उठाना भला है।

28 Let him be seated by himself, saying nothing, because he has put it on him.वह यह जान कर अकेला चुपचाप रहे, कि परमेश्वर ही ने उस पर यह बोझ डाला है;

29 Let him put his mouth in the dust, if by chance there may be hope.वह अपना मुंह धूल में रखे, क्या जाने इस में कुछ आशा हो;

30 Let his face be turned to him who gives him blows; let him be full of shame.वह अपना गाल अपने मारने वाले की ओर फेरे, और नामधराई सहता रहे।

31 For the Lord does not give a man up for ever.क्योंकि प्रभु मन से सर्वदा उतारे नहीं रहता,

32 For though he sends grief, still he will have pity in the full measure of his love.चाहे वह दु:ख भी दे, तौभी अपनी करुणा की बहुतायत के कारण वह दया भी करता है;

33 For he has no pleasure in troubling and causing grief to the children of men.क्योंकि वह मनुष्यों को अपने मन से न तो दबाता है और न दु:ख देता है।

34 In a man's crushing under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,पृथ्वी भर के बंधुओं को पांव के तले दलित करना,

35 In his turning away the right of a man before the face of the Most High.किसी पुरुष का हक़ परमप्रधान के साम्हने मारना,

36 In his doing wrong to a man in his cause, the Lord has no pleasure.और किसी मनुष्य का मुक़द्दमा बिगाड़ना, इन तीन कामों को यहोवा देख नहीं सकता।

37 Who is able to say a thing, and give effect to it, if it has not been ordered by the Lord?यदि यहोवा ने आज्ञा न दी हो, तब कौन है कि वचन कहे और वह पूरा हो जाए?

38 Do not evil and good come from the mouth of the Most High?विपत्ति और कल्याण, क्या दोनों परमप्रधान की आज्ञा से नहीं होते?

39 What protest may a living man make, even a man about the punishment of his sin?सो जीवित मनुष्य क्यों कुड़कुड़ाए? और पुरुष अपने पाप के दण्ड को क्यों बुरा माने?

40 Let us make search and put our ways to the test, turning again to the Lord;हम अपने चालचलन को ध्यान से परखें, और यहोवा की ओर फिरें!

41 Lifting up our hearts with our hands to God in the heavens.हम स्वर्गवासी परमेश्वर की ओर मन लगाएं और हाथ फैलाएं और कहें:

42 We have done wrong and gone against your law; we have not had your forgiveness.हम ने तो अपराध और बलवा किया है, और तू ने क्षमा नहीं किया।

43 Covering yourself with wrath you have gone after us, cutting us off without pity;तेरा कोप हम पर है, तू हमारे पीछे पड़ा है, तू ने बिना तरस खाए घात किया है।

44 Covering yourself with a cloud, so that prayer may not get through.तू ने अपने को मेघ से घेर लिया है कि तुझ तक प्रार्थना न पहुंच सके।

45 You have made us like waste and that for which there is no use, among the peoples.तू ने हम को जाति जाति के लोगों के बीच में कूड़ा-कर्कट सा ठहराया है।

46 The mouths of all our haters are open wide against us.हमारे सब शत्रुओं ने हम पर अपना अपना मुंह फैलाया है;

47 Fear and deep waters have come on us, wasting and destruction.भय और गड़हा, उजाड़ और विनाश, हम पर आ पड़े हैं;

48 Rivers of water are running down from my eyes, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.मेरी आंखों से मेरी प्रजा की पुत्री के विनाश के कारण जल की धाराएं बह रही है।

49 My eyes are streaming without stopping, they have no rest,मेरी आंख से लगातार आंसू बहते रहेंगे,

50 Till the Lord's eye is turned on me, till he sees my trouble from heaven.जब तक यहोवा स्वर्ग से मेरी ओर न देखे;

51 The Lord is unkind to my soul, more than all the daughters of my town.अपनी नगरी की सब स्त्रियों का हाल देखने पर मेरा दु:ख बढ़ता है।

52 They who are against me without cause have gone hard after me as if I was a bird;जो व्यर्थ मेरे शत्रु बने हैं, उन्होंने निर्दयता से चिडिय़ा के समान मेरा अहेर किया है;

53 They have put an end to my life in the prison, stoning me with stones.उन्होंने मुझे गड़हे में डाल कर मेरे जीवन का अन्त करने के लिये मेरे ऊपर पत्थर लुढ़काए हैं;

54 Waters were flowing over my head; I said, I am cut off.मेरे सिर पर से जल बह गया, मैं ने कहा, मैं अब नाश हो गया।

55 I was making prayer to your name, O Lord, out of the lowest prison.हे यहोवा, गहिरे गड़हे में से मैं ने तुझ से प्रार्थना की;

56 My voice came to you; let not your ear be shut to my breathing, to my cry.तू ने मेरी सुनी कि जो दोहाई देकर मैं चिल्लाता हूँ उस से कान न फेर ले!

57 You came near in the day when I made my prayer to you: you said, Have no fear.जब मैं ने तुझे पुकारा, तब तू ने मुझ से कहा, मत डर!

58 O Lord, you have taken up the cause of my soul, you have made my life safe.हे यहोवा, तू ने मेरा मुक़द्दमा लड़ कर मेरा प्राण बचा लिया है।

59 O Lord, you have seen my wrong; be judge in my cause.हे यहोवा, जो अन्याय मुझ पर हुआ है उसे तू ने देखा है; तू मेरा न्याय चुका।

60 You have seen all the evil rewards they have sent on me, and all their designs against me.जो बदला उन्होंने मुझ से लिया, और जो कल्पनाएं मेरे विरुद्ध कीं, उन्हें भी तू ने देखा है।

61 Their bitter words have come to your ears, O Lord, and all their designs against me;हे यहोवा, जो कल्पनाएं और निन्दा वे मेरे विरुद्ध करते हैं, वे भी तू ने सुनी हैं।

62 The lips of those who came up against me, and their thoughts against me all the day.मेरे विरोधियों के वचन, और जो कुछ भी वे मेरे विरुद्ध लगातार सोचते हैं, उन्हें तू जानता है।

63 Take note of them when they are seated, and when they get up; I am their song.उनका उठना-बैठना ध्यान से देख; वे मुझ पर लगते हुए गीत गाते हैं।

64 You will give them their reward, O Lord, answering to the work of their hands.हे यहोवा, तू उनके कामों के अनुसार उन को बदला देगा।

65 You will let their hearts be covered over with your curse on them.तू उनका मन सुन्न कर देगा; तेरा शाप उन पर होगा।

66 You will go after them in wrath, and put an end to them from under the heavens of the Lord.हे यहोवा, तू अपने कोप से उन को खदेड़-खदेड़कर धरती पर से नाश कर देगा।
