இதைச் செய்கிற கர்த்தருமாய், இதைத் திடப்படுத்தும்படிக்கு இதை உருவேற்படுத்துகிற கர்த்தருமாயிருக்கிற யேகோவா என்னும் நாமமுள்ளவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்:

כֹּֽה

Thus	כֹּֽה	kō	koh
saith	אָמַר֮	ʾāmar	ah-MAHR
the Lord	יְהוָ֣ה	yĕhwâ	yeh-VA
of hosts;	צְבָאוֹת֒	ṣĕbāʾôt	tseh-va-OTE
Again	ע֞וֹד	ʿôd	ode
in this	יִֽהְיֶ֣ה׀	yihĕye	yee-heh-YEH
place,	בַּמָּק֣וֹם	bammāqôm	ba-ma-KOME
which is desolate	הַזֶּ֗ה	hazze	ha-ZEH
without	הֶחָרֵ֛ב	heḥārēb	heh-ha-RAVE
man	מֵֽאֵין	mēʾên	MAY-ane
and without	אָדָ֥ם	ʾādām	ah-DAHM
beast,	וְעַד	wĕʿad	veh-AD
and in all	בְּהֵמָ֖ה	bĕhēmâ	beh-hay-MA
the cities	וּבְכָל	ûbĕkāl	oo-veh-HAHL
thereof, shall be	עָרָ֑יו	ʿārāyw	ah-RAV
an habitation	נְוֵ֣ה	nĕwē	neh-VAY
of shepherds	רֹעִ֔ים	rōʿîm	roh-EEM
causing their flocks	מַרְבִּצִ֖ים	marbiṣîm	mahr-bee-TSEEM
to lie down.	צֹֽאן׃	ṣōn	tsone
