பார்வோன் காத்சாவை அழிக்குமுன்னே, பெலிஸ்தருக்கு விரோதமாய்த் தீர்க்கதரிசியாகிய எரேமியாவுக்கு உண்டான கர்த்தருடைய வசனம்:

காத்சா மொட்டையடிக்கப்படும்; அவர்களுடைய பள்ளத்தாக்கிலே மீதியாகிய அஸ்கலோன் சங்காரமாகும்; நீ எந்தமட்டுந்தான் உன்னைக் கீறிக்கொள்ளுவாய்..

the
stamping
שַֽׁעֲטַת֙šaʿăṭatsha-uh-TAHT
of
the
hoofs
פַּרְס֣וֹתparsôtpahr-SOTE
of
his
strong
אַבִּירָ֔יוʾabbîrāywah-bee-RAV
horses,
at
the
rushing
מֵרַ֣עַשׁmēraʿašmay-RA-ash
of
his
chariots,
לְרִכְבּ֔וֹlĕrikbôleh-reek-BOH
and
at
the
rumbling
הֲמ֖וֹןhămônhuh-MONE
of
his
wheels,
גַּלְגִּלָּ֑יוgalgillāywɡahl-ɡee-LAV
the
fathers
לֹֽאlōʾloh
shall
not
הִפְנ֤וּhipnûheef-NOO
look
back
אָבוֹת֙ʾābôtah-VOTE
to
אֶלʾelel
their
children
בָּנִ֔יםbānîmba-NEEM
for
feebleness
מֵֽרִפְי֖וֹןmēripyônmay-reef-YONE
of
hands;
יָדָֽיִם׃yādāyimya-DA-yeem
