ಆಗ ಆತ್ಮನು ಅದಿಪತಿಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥನಾದ ಅಮಸಾಯಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದನು; ಆಗ ಅವನು--ದಾವೀದನೇ, ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನವರು; ಇಷಯನ ಮಗನೇ, ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಯವ ರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಸಮಾಧಾನ, ನಿನಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನ; ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನ; ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರು ನಿನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ದಾವೀದನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ದಂಡಿನ ಅಧಿಪತಿ ಗಳಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
