ಇವನು ದಾವೀದನ ಸಂಗಡ ಪಸ್ದವ್ಮೆಾಮಿನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರು ಜವೆಗೋಧಿ ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವಾಗ ಜನರು ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಮುಂದೆ ಓಡಿಹೋದರು.
