ಇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ವಂಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ ಲೇವಿಯ ಕುಮಾರರಾಗಿದ್ದರು; ಇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು ಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ತಮ್ಮ ತಲೆಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ತಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದರು; ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ವರುಷ ಪ್ರಾಯದವರು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯ ಸೇವೆಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
