ರೆಹಬ್ಬಾಮನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಮೊದಲನೆಯವು ಗಳೂ ಕಡೆಯವುಗಳೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಶೆಮಾಯನ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವಂಶಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಬರೆದ ದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಇದ್ದೋನ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬರೆಯ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವಲ್ಲವೇ? ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ರೆಹಬ್ಬಾಮನಿಗೂ ಯಾರೊ ಬ್ಬಾಮನಿಗೂ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಯುದ್ಧಉಂಟಾಗಿತ್ತು.

| written | כְּתוּבִ֜ים | kĕtûbîm | keh-too-VEEM |
| in the book | בְּדִבְרֵ֨י | bĕdibrê | beh-deev-RAY |
| of Shemaiah | שְׁמַעְיָ֧ה | šĕmaʿyâ | sheh-ma-YA |
| prophet, the | הַנָּבִ֛יא | hannābîʾ | ha-na-VEE |
| and of Iddo | וְעִדּ֥וֹ | wĕʿiddô | veh-EE-doh |
| seer the | הַֽחֹזֶ֖ה | haḥōze | ha-hoh-ZEH |
| concerning genealogies? | לְהִתְיַחֵ֑שׂ | lĕhityaḥēś | leh-heet-ya-HASE |
| wars were there And | וּמִלְחֲמ֧וֹת | ûmilḥămôt | oo-meel-huh-MOTE |
| between Rehoboam | רְחַבְעָ֛ם | rĕḥabʿām | reh-hahv-AM |
| and Jeroboam | וְיָֽרָבְעָ֖ם | wĕyārobʿām | veh-ya-rove-AM |
