ಆಗ ಇಗೋ, ದಾವೀದನ ಸೇವಕರೂ ಯೋವಾ ಬನೂ ಒಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಹಳ ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅಬ್ನೇರನು ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾವೀದನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವನು ಇವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇವನು ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಹೋದನು.
