Deuteronomy 17:8
ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಗಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾದ ವಿವಾದಗಳ ವಿಷ ಯವಾಗಿ ಅಂದರೆ ರಕ್ತರಕ್ತದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಾಗಲಿ, ವಾದಿ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದಿ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಲಿ, ಬಡಿದಾ ಟದ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಲಿ, ನೀನು ನ್ಯಾಯ ತೀರಿಸ ಕೂಡದ ಕಠಿಣವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಉಂಟಾದರೆ ನೀನು ಎದ್ದು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ

Numbers 35:19

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾವದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ಎತ್ತು ಪುರುಷನನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಹಾದು ಕೊಂದರೆ ಆ ಎತ್ತನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಕಲ್ಲೆಸೆದು ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಕು ಅದರ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು. ಆದರೆ ಎತ್ತಿನ ಯಜಮಾನನು ನಿರಪರಾಧಿಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
Exodus 21:22
ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಜಗಳವಾಡುತ್ತಿರಲಾಗಿ ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಯಾದ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೆ ಏಟು ತಗಲಿದದರಿಂದ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಗರ್ಭ ಸ್ರಾವವೇ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ಹಾನಿಯೂ ಆಗದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಗಂಡನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮತಿಯಿಂದ ಎಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಗೊತ್ತು ಮಾಡು ತ್ತಾನೋ ಹೊಡೆದವನು ಅಷ್ಟನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
Exodus 21:20
ಒಬ್ಬನು ದಾಸನನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ದಾಸಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಸಾಯು ವಂತೆ ತನ್ನ ಕೋಲಿನಿಂದ ಹೊಡೆದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು.

ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಸಾಯುವಂತೆ ಹೊಡೆದವನು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಸಾಯಬೇಕು.
