Deuteronomy 3 - YLT (Kannada)

1 `And we turn, and go up the way to Bashan, and Og king of Bashan cometh out to meet us, he and all his people, to battle, `to' Edrei.ಆಗ ನಾವು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಾಷಾನಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಹೊರಟೆವು. ಬಾಷಾನಿನ ಅರಸ ನಾದ ಓಗನು ತನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರ ಸಂಗಡ ನಮ್ಮೆದುರಿಗೆ ಎದ್ರೈಗೆ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟನು.

2 `And Jehovah saith unto me, Fear him not, for into thy hand I have given him, and all his people, and his land, and thou hast done to him as thou hast done to Sihon king of the Amorite who is dwelling in Heshbon.ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ--ಅವನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡ; ಅವ ನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನೀನು ಹೆಷ್ಬೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅಮೋರಿಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೀಹೋನ ನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಅಂದನು.

3 `And Jehovah our God giveth into our hands also Og king of Bashan, and all his people, and we smite him till there hath not been left to him a remnant;ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಬಾಷಾನಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ಓಗನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲ ರನ್ನೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದನು; ಒಬ್ಬನಾದರೂ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಉಳಿಯದೆ ಹೋಗುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದೆವು.

4 and we capture all his cities at that time, there hath not been a city which we have not taken from them, sixty cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹಿಡಿದೆವು; ನಾವು ಅವರಿಂದ ತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳದ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಇದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅರ್ಗೋಬಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ದೇಶ ವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅರವತ್ತು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು; ಇವೇ ಬಾಷಾನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಓಗನ ರಾಜ್ಯವು.

5 All these `are' cities fenced with high walls, two-leaved doors and bar, apart from cities of villages very many;ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಎತ್ತರವಾದ ಗೋಡೆಬಾಗಲು ಅಗುಳಿಗಳಿಂದ ಭದ್ರವಾಗಿದ್ದವು; ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೈಲು ಸೀಮೆಯ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಬಹಳ ಇದ್ದವು.

6 and we devote them, as we have done to Sihon king of Heshbon, devoting every city, men, the women, and the infants;ನಾವು ಹೆಷ್ಬೋನಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೀಹೋನನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲ ಮಾಡಿದೆವು; ಗಂಡಸರನ್ನೂ ಹೆಂಗಸರನ್ನೂ ಮಕ್ಕ ಳನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನೂ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲಮಾಡಿದೆವು.

7 and all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, we have spoiled for ourselves.ಆದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಶು ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯನ್ನೂ ಸುಲಿಗೆಯಾಗಿ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡೆವು.

8 `And we take, at that time, the land out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorite, which is beyond the Jordan, from the brook Arnon unto mount Hermon;ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಯೊರ್ದನಿನ ಈಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ನೋನ್‌ ನದಿಯಿಂದ ಹೆರ್ಮೋನ್‌ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ವರೆಗೆ ಇರುವ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅಮೋರಿಯರ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಅರ ಸರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡೆವು.

9 (Sidonians call Hermon, Sirion; and the Amorites call it Senir,)(ಆ ಹೆರ್ಮೋನಿಗೆ ಚೀದೋನ್ಯರು ಸಿರ್ಯೋನೆಂದೂ ಅಮೋರಿಯರು ಸೇನೀಯರೆಂದೂ ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.)

10 all the cities of the plain, and all Gilead, and all Bashan, unto Salchah and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan,ಬೈಲು ಸೀಮೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದನ್ನೂ ಬಾಷಾನಿ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಓಗನ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಾದ ಸಲ್ಕಾ, ಎದ್ರೈ ವರೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಷಾನನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡೆವು,

11 for only Og king of Bashan had been left of the remnant of the Rephaim; lo, his bedstead `is' a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath of the sons of Ammon? nine cubits its length, and four cubits its breadth, by the cubit of a man.ಮಹಾ ಶರೀರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದವರೊಳಗೆ ಬಾಷಾನಿನ ಅರಸ ನಾದ ಓಗನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಳಿದನು; ಅಗೋ, ಅವನ ಮಂಚವು ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಮಂಚ; ಅದು ಅಮ್ಮೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ರಬ್ಬಾನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಲ್ಲವೋ? ಅದರ ಉದ್ದವು ಪುರುಷನ ಕೈಯಳತೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಒಂಭತ್ತು ಮೊಳ, ಅಗಲವು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮೊಳ ಇತ್ತು.

12 `And this land we have possessed, at that time; from Aroer, which `is' by the brook Arnon, and the half of mount Gilead, and its cities, I have given to the Reubenite, and to the Gadite;ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅರ್ನೋನ್‌ ನದಿಯ ಸವಿಾಪದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅರೋಯೇರಿನಿಂದ ಮೊದಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಅರ್ಧ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದ್‌ ಬೆಟ್ಟವನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನೂ ರೂಬೇನನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೂ ಗಾದನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.

13 and the rest of Gilead and all Bashan, the kingdom of Og, I have given to the half tribe of Manasseh; all the region of Argob, to all that Bashan, called the land of Rephaim.ಮಿಕ್ಕ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದನ್ನೂ ಓಗನ ರಾಜ್ಯವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಷಾನನ್ನೂ ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯ ಅರ್ಧ ಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು; ಅರ್ಗೋಬಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸೀಮೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮಹಾಶರೀರಗಳ ದೇಶವೆಂದು ಹೇಳ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಭಾಷಾನನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.

14 `Jair son of Manasseh hath taken all the region of Argob, unto the border of Geshuri, and Maachathi, and calleth them by his own name, Bashan-Havoth-Jair, unto this day.ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಯಾಯಾರನು ಅರ್ಗೋ ಬಿನ ದೇಶವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಗೆಷೂರ್ಯರ, ಮಾಕಾತ್ಯರ ಮೇರೆಯ ವರೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಆ ಬಾಷಾನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೆ ಹವ್ವೊತ್‌ ಯಾಯಾ ರೆಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟನು.

15 And to Machir I have given Gilead.ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದನ್ನು ಮಾಕೀರನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.

16 `And to the Reubenite and to the Gadite I have given from Gilead even unto the brook Arnon, the middle of the valley and the border, even unto Jabbok the brook, the border of the sons of Ammon,ರೂಬೇನನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೂ ಗಾದನ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೂ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದ್‌ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಅರ್ನೋನ್‌ ನದಿಯ ವರೆಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.

17 and the plain, and the Jordan, and the border, from Chinnereth even unto the sea of the plain, the salt sea, under the springs of Pisgah, at the `sun'-rising.ಬೈಲನ್ನೂ ಯೊರ್ದನನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ಸೀಮೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕಿನ್ನೆರೆತ್‌ ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಷ್ಡೋದ್‌ ಪಿಸ್ಗಾದ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಸಮುದ್ರವಾದ ಬೈಲು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ವರೆಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.

18 `And I command you, at that time, saying, Jehovah your God hath given to you this land to possess it; armed ye pass over before your brethren the sons of Israel, all the sons of might.ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಈ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಯುದ್ಧಸ್ಥ ರಾಗಿರುವ ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರರಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಆಯುಧ ಧರಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಹಾದುಹೋಗಬೇಕು.

19 Only, your wives, and your infants, and your cattle -- I have known that ye have much cattle -- do dwell in your cities which I have given to you,ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಯರೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಪಶುಗಳೂ (ನಿಮಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಪಶುಗಳಿವೆ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ)

20 till that Jehovah give rest to your brethren like yourselves, and they also have possessed the land which Jehovah your God is giving to them beyond the Jordan, then ye have turned back each to his possession, which I have given to you.ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮಗಾದ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರರಿಗೂ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ ಕೊಡುವ ವರೆಗೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಯೊರ್ದನಿನ ಆಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವರೆಗೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು; ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಗಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಬಹುದು ಎಂಬದು.

21 `And Jehoshua I have commanded at that time, saying, Thine eyes are seeing all that which Jehovah your God hath done to these two kings -- so doth Jehovah to all the kingdoms whither thou are passing over;ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಯೆಹೋಶುವನಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾ ಪಿಸಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಅರಸರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ಗಳು ನೋಡಿದವು. ನೀನು ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡುವನು.

22 fear them not, for Jehovah your God, He is fighting for you.ನೀವು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ತಾನೇ ನಿಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂಬದು.

23 `And I entreat for grace unto Jehovah, at that time, saying,ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಿನ್ನಹ ವೇನಂದರೆ--

24 Lord Jehovah, Thou -- Thou hast begun to shew Thy servant Thy greatness, and Thy strong hand; for who `is' a God in the heavens or in earth who doth according to Thy works, and according to Thy might?ನನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ತೋರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆರಂಭಮಾಡಿದಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಮಾಡಲು ಶಕ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ ಯಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ನಾನು ದಾಟಿ ಹೋಗಿ

25 Let me pass over, I pray Thee, and see the good land which `is' beyond the Jordan, this good hill-country, and Lebanon.ಯೊರ್ದನಿನ ಆಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ಆ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಬೆಟ್ಟವನ್ನೂ ಲೆಬನೋನನ್ನೂ ನೋಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂಬದೇ.

26 `And Jehovah sheweth himself wroth with me, for your sake, and hath not hearkened unto me, and Jehovah saith unto me, Enough for thee; add not to speak unto Me any more about this thing:ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ--ಇನ್ನು ಸಾಕು; ಈ ವಿಷಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಡ.

27 go up `to' the top of Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and see with thine eyes -- for thou dost not pass over this Jordan;ಪಿಸ್ಗಾದ ತುದಿಗೆ ಏರಿ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಕ್ಕೂ ಉತ್ತರಕ್ಕೂ ದಕ್ಷಿಣಕ್ಕೂ ಪೂರ್ವಕ್ಕೂ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಣ್ಣಾರೆ ನೋಡು; ಆದರೆ ಈ ಯೊರ್ದನನ್ನು ನೀನು ದಾಟಿಹೋಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

28 and charge Jehoshua, and strengthen him, and harden him, for he doth pass over before this people, and he doth cause them to inherit the land which thou seest.ಆದರೆ ಯೆಹೋಶು ವನಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ದೃಢಮಾಡಿ ಬಲಪಡಿಸು; ಅವನು ಈ ಜನರ ಮುಂದೆ ದಾಟಿಹೋಗಿ ನೀನು ನೋಡುವ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯ ವಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

29 `And we dwell in a valley over-against Beth-Peor.ಆಗ ನಾವು ಬೇತ್‌ಪೆಗೋರಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿರುವ ತಗ್ಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದೆವು.
