ಹೀಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಓ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹಾಲೂಜೇನೂ ಹರಿಯುವ ದೇಶ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇದಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ನೀವು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಕೇಳಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕು.
