Genesis 23:1
ಸಾರಳು ನೂರಿಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳು ವರುಷದವಳಾ ಗಿದ್ದಳು; ಸಾರಳ ಜೀವನದ ವರುಷ ಗಳು ಇವೇ.

| וְעֶשְׂרִ֥ים | wĕʿeśrîm | veh-es-REEM | |
| and twenty | שָׁנָ֖ה | šānâ | sha-NA |
| years | וְשֶׁ֣בַע | wĕšebaʿ | veh-SHEH-va |
| old: | שָׁנִ֑ים | šānîm | sha-NEEM |
| these were the years | שְׁנֵ֖י | šĕnê | sheh-NAY |
| life the of | חַיֵּ֥י | ḥayyê | ha-YAY |
