ಮೊದಲಿದ್ದ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯು ನಿರ್ಬಲವಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿಷ್ಪ್ರಯೋಜಕವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ರದ್ದಾಗಿಹೋಯಿತು.
