ಓ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸರೇ, ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೇ, ಕರ್ತನ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವವ ರೆಲ್ಲರ ಕಿವಿಗಳು ಗುಂಯ್ಗುಟ್ಟುವವು.
