ಅವನ ಮೇಜಿನ ಭೋಜನವನ್ನೂ ದಾಸರ ಕೂತಿರುವಿಕೆಯ ರೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸೇವಕರು ನಿಂತಿರುವದನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಪಾನ ದಾಯಕರನ್ನೂ ಅವನು ಕರ್ತನ ಮಂದಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಸ್ತಬ್ಧಳಾದಳು; ಅವಳು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ--

ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ದಾಟಿಹೋಗುವ ಪರಿಯಂತರ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಯೊರ್ದನನ್ನು ಒಣಗಿಹೋಗ ಮಾಡಿ ದ್ದನ್ನು ಆಚೇ ದಡದ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಿದ್ದ ಅಮೋರಿ ಯರ ಸಕಲ ಅರಸುಗಳೂ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಆಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಿದ ಕಾನಾನ್ಯರ ಸಕಲ ಅರಸುಗಳೂ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವು ಕರಗಿಹೋಯಿತು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಣಹೋದಂತೆ ಆಯಿತು.

ಇಗೋ, ಪ್ರವೇಶದ್ವಾರದ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ತಂಭದ ಬಳಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಸನು ನಿಂತಿದ್ದನು. ಪ್ರಧಾನರೂ ತುತೂರಿ ಹಿಡಿಯುವವರೂ ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇಶದ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರು ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟು ತುತೂರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಊದಿದರು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಹಾಡು ಗಾರರೂ ಗೀತವಾದ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುವವರೂ ಇದ್ದರು. ಆಗ ಅತಲ್ಯಳು ತನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಿದು ಕೊಂಡು--ದ್ರೋಹ, ದ್ರೋಹ ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಿದಳು.
ಯೆಹೆಜ್ಕೇಲನು 44:3
ಇದು ಪ್ರಭುವಿಗಾಗಿದೆ; ಪ್ರಭುವು ಅದರೊಳಗೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು, ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು; ಆತನು ಆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನ ಪಡಸಾಲೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಅದೇ ಮಾರ್ಗ ವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು.
ಯೆಹೆಜ್ಕೇಲನು 46:2
ಪ್ರಭುವು ಆ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ದ್ವಾರಾಂಗಣ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಗಿ ನಿಂದ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಕಂಬದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಬೇಕು, ಆಗ ಯಾಜಕರು ಅವನ ದಹನಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ಬಾಗ ಲಿನ ಹೊಸ್ತಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಾಧಿಸಿ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ ಬಾಗಲು ಸಂಜೆಯವರೆಗೂ ಮುಚ್ಚಲ್ಪಡಬಾರದು;
