ನನ್ನ ಬಲವುಳ್ಳ ಶತ್ರುವಿಗೂ ನನ್ನ ಹಗೆಯವರಿಗೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿದನು;

ಕರ್ತನು ದಾವೀದನನ್ನು ಅವನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದಲೂ ಸೌಲನ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದಲೂ ಬಿಡಿಸಿದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಈ ಹಾಡಿನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಏನಂದರೆ--
