ನಿನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ದೇವರುಗಳ ಆತ್ಮವುಳ್ಳ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ದೇವ ರುಗಳ ಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾನವಾದ ಜ್ಞಾನವೂ ವಿವೇಕವೂ ಬುದ್ಧಿಯೂ ಪ್ರಕಾಶವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನೊಳಗೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂದವು. ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರ ಅರಸನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಮಂತ್ರಗಾರರಿಗೂ ಜ್ಯೋತಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೂ ಕಸ್ದೀಯರಿಗೂ ಶಕುನಗಾರರಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿದನು.
