ಧರ್ಮೋಪದೇಶಕಾಂಡ 16:19
ನೀನು ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಓರೆಮಾಡಬಾರದು,ನೀನು ಮುಖದಾಕ್ಷಿಣ್ಯ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಲಂಚ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು; ಲಂಚವು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರುಡುಮಾಡಿ ನೀತಿವಂತರ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಡೊಂಕುಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
