ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೂ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾನಾನ್ಯರ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡುವನು.

(பாலா என்பது கீரியாத்யாரீமின் இன்னொரு பெயர்) உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியை எடுத்துவர அவர்கள் அங்கே போனார்கள். உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டி என்பது தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய பெட்டி. அவர் கேருபீன்களுக்கு மேலே அமர்ந்திருக்கிறார். இப்பெட்டி கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தாலேயே அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.
