ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವು ಹಗಲನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ರಾತ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಆಳುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಬೆಳಕನ್ನು ಕತ್ತಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬೇರೆ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಇರಿಸಿದನು. ದೇವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದೆಂದು ನೋಡಿದನು.
