Genesis 43:32
ಆಗ ಅವರು ಯೋಸೇಫನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಅಣ್ಣತಮ್ಮಂದಿರಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೂ ಬೇರೆಬೇರೆಯಾಗಿ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬಡಿಸಿ ದರು. ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ಇಬ್ರಿಯರ ಕೂಡ ಊಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಯಾಕೋ ಬನು ಆ ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಯನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೆ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರನ್ನು ಕರೇ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಅವರು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಂದು ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಇಳುಕೊಂಡರು.

ಯೋಸೇಫನು ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನನನ್ನು ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಕಂಡಾಗ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆ ಉಗ್ರಾಣಿಕನಿಗೆ--ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಮನೆಗೆ ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಕುರಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಯ್ದು ಅಡಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಊಟಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಅಂದನು.
