ಯೋಬನು 25

1 ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಶೂಹ್ಯನಾದ ಬಿಲ್ದದನು ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ --

2 ದೊರೆ ತನವೂ ಹೆದರಿಕೆಯೂ ಆತನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇವೆ; ತನ್ನ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

3 ಆತನ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಉಂಟೋ? ಆತನ ಬೆಳಕು ಯಾರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೂಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ?

4 ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ದೇವರ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀತಿವಂತನಾಗುವದು ಹೇಗೆ? ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನು ನಿರ್ಮಲನಾಗಿರುವದು ಹೇಗೆ?

5 ಇಗೋ, ಚಂದ್ರನಾದರೂ ಹೊಳೆಯು ವದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳಾದರೂ ಆತನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲವಾ ಗಿರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

6 ಮನುಷ್ಯನೆಂಬ ಹುಳವೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಮಗನೆಂಬ ಕ್ರಿಮಿಯೂ ಎಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರದವನು?

1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.

3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?

4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.

6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?

அவனுடைய பிள்ளைகள் என்னுடைய நியாயங்களின்படி நடக்காமல், என்னுடைய வேதத்தை விட்டு விலகி;
