Leviticus 5:9
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನು ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಯ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸಬೇಕು. ಉಳಿದ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂಡಬೇಕು; ಅದು ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹಿಸ್ಸೋಪಿನ ಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬೋಗುಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಅದ್ದಿ ಬಾಗಿ ಲಿನ ಮೇಲಿನ ಅಡ್ಡಗಂಬಕ್ಕೂ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎರಡು ನಿಲುವುಗಂಬಗಳಿಗೂ ಹಚ್ಚಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಬೆಳಗಾಗುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಮನೆಯ ಬಾಗಿಲನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಬಾರದು.
