Matthew 10:10
ಪ್ರಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹಸಿಬೆಯನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ಎರಡು ಮೇಲಂಗಿಗಳ ನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ಕೆರಗಳನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ಕೋಲುಗಳನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ತಕ್ಕೊ ಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವವನು ತನ್ನ ಆಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

ತ್ರೋವ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಕರ್ಪನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಂದ ಮೇಲಂಗಿ ಯನ್ನೂ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಮದ ಕಾಗದ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ಬರುವಾಗ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಾ.

ಆಗ ಸೌಲನು ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾವು ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಏನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವದು? ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಸಿಬೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಮುಗಿದುಹೋಯಿತು. ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲು ತಕ್ಕ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲ; ನಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏನದೆ ಅಂದನು.
