ನೋಹನು ನಾವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದ ದಿವಸದ ವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಳಯವು ಬರುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚಿನ ಆ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಾ ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾ ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದರು.

ತರುವಾಯ ಅಬೀಗೈಲಳು ನಾಬಾಲನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಅರಸನ ಔತಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮಾನವಾದ ಔತಣ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು. ಅವನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಕುಡಿದದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವನ ಹೃದಯವು ಅವನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸ ಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಆದಕಾರಣ ಅವಳು ಉದಯವಾಗುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದದ್ದನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದದ್ದ ನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 7:7
ಆಗ ನೋಹನು ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯೂ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಅವರ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯರೂ ಜಲಪ್ರಳಯವನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾವೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಹೋದರು.
ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 6:2
ಆಗ ದೇವಕುಮಾರರು ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ತಾವು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಮಗೆ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯ ರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
