ಕರ್ತನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯು ಉಂಟು; ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವು ಕೆಂಪಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಲಬೆರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿ ಅದೆ; ಅದರಿಂದ ಆತನು ಹೊಯ್ಯುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅದರ ಮಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಯ ದುಷ್ಟರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಹೀರಿಕೊಂಡು ಕುಡಿಯುವರು.

For	כִּ֤י	kî	kee
in the hand	כ֪וֹס	kôs	hose
Lord the of	בְּֽיַד	bĕyad	BEH-yahd
there is a cup,	יְהוָ֡ה	yĕhwâ	yeh-VA
wine the and	וְיַ֤יִן	wĕyayin	veh-YA-yeen
is red;	חָמַ֨ר׀	ḥāmar	ha-MAHR
full is it	מָ֥לֵא	mālēʾ	MA-lay
of mixture;	מֶסֶךְ֮	mesek	meh-sek
out poureth he and	וַיַּגֵּ֪ר	wayyaggēr	va-ya-ɡARE
of the same:	מִ֫זֶּ֥ה	mizze	MEE-ZEH
but	אַךְ	ʾak	ak
the dregs	שְׁ֭מָרֶיהָ	šĕmārêhā	SHEH-ma-ray-ha
thereof, all	יִמְצ֣וּ	yimṣû	yeem-TSOO
wicked the	יִשְׁתּ֑וּ	yištû	yeesh-TOO
of the earth	כֹּ֝֗ל	kōl	kole
out, them wring shall	רִשְׁעֵי	rišʿê	reesh-A
and drink	אָֽרֶץ׃	ʾāreṣ	AH-rets
