ಕರ್ತನ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ದೂಷಣೆ ಮಾಡುವವನಿಗೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಮರಣವನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಸಭೆಯವರೆಲ್ಲರು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕಲ್ಲೆಸೆಯಬೇಕು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇಶದೊಳಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಪರಕೀಯನು ಕರ್ತನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ದೂಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಅವನನ್ನು ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
