Mark 12 - YLT (Kannada)

1 And he began to speak to them in similes: `A man planted a vineyard, and put a hedge around, and digged an under-winevat, and built a tower, and gave it out to husbandmen, and went abroad;ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ಸಾಮ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದನು. ಒಬ್ಬಾ ನೊಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಒಂದು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇತೋಟವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಬೇಲಿಹಾಕಿ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೆಯ ಅಲೆಗಾಗಿ ಅಗೆದು ಗೋಪುರ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರಿಗೆ ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ದೂರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೋದನು.

2 and he sent unto the husbandmen at the due time a servant, that from the husbandmen he may receive from the fruit of the vineyard,ಫಲದ ಕಾಲ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ತೋಟದ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ರಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಸೇವಕ ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.

3 and they, having taken him, did severely beat `him', and did send him away empty.ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಹೊಡೆದು ಬರಿದಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು.

4 `And again he sent unto them another servant, and at that one having cast stones, they wounded `him' in the head, and sent away -- dishonoured.ತಿರಿಗಿ ಅವನು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ಸೇವಕನನ್ನು ಅವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎಸೆದು ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ಗಾಯಪಡಿಸಿ ಅವಮಾನದಿಂದ ವರ್ತಿಸಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು.

5 `And again he sent another, and that one they killed; and many others, some beating, and some killing.ಅವನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವನನ್ನೂ ಕೊಂದರು. ಇನ್ನೂ ಆನೇಕರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವ ರನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದರು; ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿದರು.

6 `Having yet therefore one son -- his beloved -- he sent also him unto them last, saying -- They will reverence my son;ಕಡೆಯದಾಗಿ ತನಗೆ ಇನ್ನು ಅತಿ ಪ್ರಿಯನಾಗಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಮಗನಿರಲಾಗಿ--ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಿಗಾದರೂ ಗೌರವ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಾರು ಎಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವನನ್ನು ಸಹ ಅವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.

7 and those husbandmen said among themselves -- This is the heir, come, we may kill him, and ours shall be the inheritance;ಆದರೆ ಆ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರು--ಇವನೇ ಬಾದ್ಯಸ್ಥನು; ಬನ್ನಿರಿ, ಇವನನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕೋಣ; ಆಗ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯವು ನಮ್ಮದಾ ಗುವದು ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.

8 and having taken him, they did kill, and cast `him' forth without the vineyard.ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇತೋಟದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಿಸಾಡಿದರು.

9 `What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard to others.ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇತೋಟದ ದಣಿಯು ಏನು ಮಾಡಿಯಾನು? ಅವನು ಬಂದು ಆ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರನ್ನು ಸಂಹಾರಮಾಡಿ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇತೋಟವನ್ನು ಬೇರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವನು.

10 And this Writing did ye not read: A stone that the builders rejected, it did become the head of a corner:ಕಟ್ಟುವವರು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ ಕಲ್ಲೇ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದ ಮೂಲೆಗಲ್ಲಾಯಿತು.

11 from the Lord was this, and it is wonderful in our eyes.'ಇದು ಕರ್ತನ ಕೆಲಸವೇ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂಬ ಈ ಬರಹವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಓದಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

12 And they were seeking to lay hold on him, and they feared the multitude, for they knew that against them he spake the simile, and having left him, they went away;ಆಗ ಆತನು ತಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಾಮ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದನೆಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ನೋಡಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಿದರು. ಅವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೊರಟು ಹೋದರು.

13 and they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, that they may ensnare him in discourse,ಅವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಆತನ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ಫರಿಸಾಯರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹೆರೋದ್ಯ ರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.

14 and they having come, say to him, `Teacher, we have known that thou art true, and thou art not caring for any one, for thou dost not look to the face of men, but in truth the way of God dost teach; is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar or not? may we give, or may we not give?'ಅವರು ಬಂದು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಬೋಧಕನೇ, ನೀನು ಸತ್ಯವಂತನೂ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷಿಸದವನೂ ಎಂದು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದದೆ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನೀನು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಮುಖದಾಕ್ಷಿಣ್ಯ ಮಾಡದೆ ದೇವರ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಸತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತೀ; ಕೈಸರನಿಗೆ ಕಪ್ಪಕೊಡುವದು ನ್ಯಾಯವೋ, ನ್ಯಾಯವಲ್ಲವೋ?

15 And he, knowing their hypocrisy, said to them, `Why me do ye tempt? bring me a denary, that I may see;'ನಾವು ಕೊಡಬೇಕೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಕೊಡಬಾರದೋ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ಅವರ ಕಪಟವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ಶೋಧಿ ಸುತ್ತೀರಿ? ಒಂದು ನಾಣ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಂದು ನನಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

16 and they brought, and he saith to them, `Whose `is' this image, and the inscription?' and they said to him, `Caesar's;'ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ತಂದಾಗ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಇದರ ರೂಪವು ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ಬರಹವು ಯಾರದು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಕೈಸರನದು ಎಂದು ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

17 and Jesus answering said to them, `Give back the things of Caesar to Caesar, and the things of God to God;' and they did wonder at him.ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವ ರಿಗೆ--ಕೈಸರನಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಸರನಿಗೂ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವುಗಳನ್ನು ದೇವರಿಗೂ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಆತನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

18 And the Sadducees come unto him, who say there is not a rising again, and they questioned him, saying,ತರುವಾಯ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಸದ್ದುಕಾಯರು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--

19 `Teacher, Moses wrote to us, that if any one's brother may die, and may leave a wife, and may leave no children, that his brother may take his wife, and raise up seed to his brother.ಬೋಧಕನೇ, ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಸಹೋದರನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಸತ್ತರೆ ಅವನ ಸಹೋದರನು ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮೋಶೆಯು ನಮಗೆ ಬರೆದಿರು ತ್ತಾನಷ್ಟೆ.

20 `There were then seven brothers, and the first took a wife, and dying, he left no seed;ಈಗ ಏಳು ಮಂದಿ ಸಹೋದರರಿದ್ದರು; ಮೊದಲನೆಯವನು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿ ಸಂತಾನವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸತ್ತನು.

21 and the second took her, and died, neither left he seed, and the third in like manner,ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡನೆಯವನೂ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿ ಸಂತಾನವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸತ್ತನು; ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಮೂರನೆಯವನೂ ಆದನು.

22 and the seven took her, and left no seed, last of all died also the woman;ಹೀಗೆ ಏಳು ಮಂದಿಯೂ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಿ ಸಂತಾನವಿಲ್ಲದವ ರಾದರು; ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯೂ ಸತ್ತಳು.

23 in the rising again, then, whenever they may rise, of which of them shall she be wife -- for the seven had her as wife?'ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಎದ್ದಾಗ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆಯು ಯಾರ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿರುವಳು? ಆ ಏಳು ಮಂದಿಗೂ ಆಕೆಯು ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಳಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂದರು.

24 And Jesus answering said to them, `Do ye not because of this go astray, not knowing the Writings, nor the power of God?ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಬರಹಗಳನ್ನಾದರೂ ದೇವರಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನಾದರೂ ತಿಳಿಯದೆ ಇರುವದರಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀರಲ್ಲವೋ?

25 for when they may rise out of the dead, they neither marry nor are they given in marriage, but are as messengers who are in the heavens.ಯಾಕಂ ದರೆ ಅವರು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎದ್ದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡು ವದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೂತರಂತೆ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

26 `And concerning the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in the Book of Moses (at The Bush), how God spake to him, saying, I `am' the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob;ಸತ್ತವರು ಎದ್ದು ಬರುವದರ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ--ನಾನು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ದೇವರು, ಇಸಾಕನ ದೇವರು, ಯಾಕೋಬನ ದೇವರು ಆಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಪೊದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನೆಂದು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಗ್ರಂಥದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಓದಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ?

27 he is not the God of dead men, but a God of living men; ye then go greatly astray.'ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನು ಸತ್ತವರಿಗಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಜೀವಿತರಿಗೆ ದೇವರಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಈ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

28 And one of the scribes having come near, having heard them disputing, knowing that he answered them well, questioned him, `Which is the first command of all?'ಆಗ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಬಂದು ಅವರು ಕೂಡಿ ಕೊಂಡು ತರ್ಕಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಆತನಿಗೆ --ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೈವಾಜ್ಞೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲನೆಯದು ಯಾವದು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು.

29 and Jesus answered him -- `The first of all the commands `is', Hear, O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is one;ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೈವಾಜ್ಞೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲನೆಯದು -- ಓ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೇ, ಕೇಳು; ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಕರ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

30 and thou shalt love the Lord thy God out of all thy heart, and out of thy soul, and out of all thine understanding, and out of all thy strength -- this `is' the first command;ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಹೃದಯದಿಂದಲೂ ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಾಣದಿಂದಲೂ ಪೂರ್ಣಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಪೂರ್ಣಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಬೇಕು; ಇದು ಮೊದ ಲನೆಯ ದೈವಾಜ್ಞೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

31 and the second `is' like `it', this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself; -- greater than these there is no other command.'ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯ ವನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನಂತೆಯೇ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬದು ಅದರಂ ತೆಯೇ ಇರುವ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವುಗಳಿ ಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ದೈವಾಜ್ಞೆಯು ಮತ್ತೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

32 And the scribe said to him, `Well, Teacher, in truth thou hast spoken that there is one God, and there is none other but He;ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಯು ಆತನಿಗೆ --ಬೋಧಕನೇ, ಒಳ್ಳೇದು. ನೀನು ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ದೇವರು ಒಬ್ಬನೇ; ಆತನ ಹೊರತು ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬನು ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

33 and to love Him out of all the heart, and out of all the understanding, and out of all the soul, and out of all the strength, and to love one's neighbor as one's self, is more than all the whole burnt-offerings and the sacrifices.'ಆತನನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದಲೂ ಪೂರ್ಣಗ್ರಹಿಕೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಾಣದಿಂದಲೂ ಪೂರ್ಣಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನನ್ನು ತನ್ನಂತೆಯೇ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸು ವದು ಸಕಲ ದಹನ ಬಲಿಗಳಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಯಜ್ಞಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದಾಗಿದೆ ಅಂದನು.

34 And Jesus, having seen him that he answered with understanding, said to him, `Thou art not far from the reign of God;' and no one any more durst question him.ಅವನು ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಯಿಂದ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಯೇಸು ಕಂಡು ಅವನಿಗೆ --ನೀನು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ದೂರವಾದವನಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು. ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ಆತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗಾದರೂ ಧೈರ್ಯವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

35 And Jesus answering said, teaching in the temple, `How say the scribes that the Christ is son of David?ಯೇಸು ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ-- ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ದಾವೀದನಕುಮಾರನು ಎಂದು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳು ಹೇಳುವದು ಹೇಗೆ?

36 for David himself said in the Holy Spirit, The Lord said to my lord, Sit thou on My right hand, till I place thine enemies -- thy footstool;ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ದಾವೀದನು ತಾನೇ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮನಿಂದ -- ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದಪೀಠವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವತನಕ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡಿರು ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದನಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದು ನುಡಿದಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

37 therefore David himself saith of him Lord, and whence is he his son?' And the great multitude were hearing him gladly,ಆದದರಿಂದ ದಾವೀದನು ತಾನೇ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕರ್ತ ನೆಂದು ಕರೆಯುವಾಗ ಆತನು ಅವನ ಮಗನಾಗುವದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರು ಸಂತೋ ಷದಿಂದ ಆತನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು.

38 and he was saying to them in his teaching, `Beware of the scribes, who will in long robes to walk, and love salutations in the market-places,ತರುವಾಯ ಆತನು ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ --ಉದ್ದವಾದ ಅಂಗಿಯನ್ನು ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಸಂತೆಯ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನೂ

39 and first seats in the synagogues, and first couches in suppers,ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಪೀಠಗಳನ್ನೂ ಔತಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವರಾದ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗಿರ್ರಿ;

40 who are devouring the widows' houses, and for a pretense are making long prayers; these shall receive more abundant judgment.'ಇವರು ವಿಧವೆಯರ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನುಂಗಿ ನಟನೆಗಾಗಿ ಉದ್ದವಾದ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಇಂಥವರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದ ದಂಡನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವರು ಅಂದನು.

41 And Jesus having sat down over-against the treasury, was beholding how the multitude do put brass into the treasury, and many rich were putting in much,ಯೇಸು ಬೊಕ್ಕಸದ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡು ಜನರು ಹೇಗೆ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾ ರೆಂಬದನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು; ಅನೇಕ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವಂತರು ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಹಾಕಿದರು.

42 and having come, a poor widow did put in two mites, which are a farthing.ಆಗ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಬಡ ವಿಧವೆಯು ಬಂದು ಒಂದು ಫಾರ್ದಿಂಗದಷ್ಟು ಎರಡು ನಾಣ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದಳು.

43 And having called near his disciples, he saith to them, `Verily I say to you, that this poor widow hath put in more than all those putting into the treasury;ಆಗ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದು ಅವರಿಗೆ-- ಈ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗಿಂತ ಈ ಬಡ ವಿಧವೆಯು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

44 for all, out of their abundance, put in, but she, out of her want, all that she had put in -- all her living.'ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದರು; ಆದರೆ ಈಕೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಕೊರತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನಗಿದ್ದದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂದರೆ ತನ್ನ ಜೀವನವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಅಂದನು.
