Proverbs 28:8
ಬಡ್ಡಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಅನ್ಯಾಯದ ಲಾಭದಿಂದಲೂ ತನ್ನ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ವೃದ್ಧಿಗೊಳಿಸುವವನು ಬಡವರ ಮೇಲೆ ದಯೆತೋರಿಸುವವನಿಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸುವನು.

Proverbs 19:7
ಬಡವನ ಸಹೋದರರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡು ತ್ತಾರೆ. ತನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ತನ್ನಿಂದ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ದೂರ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರಲ್ಲವೇ? ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಅವನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿದರೂ ಅವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಾಲುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
Job 27:16
ಅವನು ಧೂಳಿನಂತೆ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿಟ್ಟು ಮಣ್ಣಿನಂತೆ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಗ್ಯೂ
