Psalm 123 in Kannada

1 ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವಾತನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತುತ್ತೇನೆ.

2 ಇಗೋ, ದಾಸರ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಯಜಮಾನರ ಕೈಯನ್ನೂ ದಾಸಿಯ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ತನ್ನ ಯಜಮಾನಿಯ ಕೈಯನ್ನೂ ನೋಡುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ, ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಆತನನ್ನೇ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.

3 ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸು; ಓ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸು; ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ತಿರ ಸ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

4 ಭೋಗಿಗಳ ಹಾಸ್ಯದಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವು ತುಂಬಿಯದೆ, ಗರ್ವಿಷ್ಟರ ನಿಂದೆ ಯಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಬೇಸತ್ತು ಹೋಯಿತು.

2 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.

3 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy upon us.

4 Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.

5 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.
