Ezra 3:3
അവർ ദേശത്തെ നിവാസികളെ പേടിച്ചിട്ടു യാഗപീഠത്തെ അതിന്റെ പണ്ടത്തെ നിലയിൽ പണിതു; അതിന്മേൽ യഹോവെക്കു ഹോമയാഗങ്ങളെ, കാലത്തും വൈകുന്നേരത്തുമുള്ള ഹോമയാഗങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ അർപ്പിച്ചു.

| was upon | עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם | ʿălêhem | uh-lay-HEM |
| them because of the people | מֵֽעַמֵּ֖י | mēʿammê | may-ah-MAY |
| countries: those of | הָֽאֲרָצ֑וֹת | hāʾărāṣôt | ha-uh-ra-TSOTE |
| and they offered | וַיַּעֲלּ֨ | wayyaʿăl | va-ya-UL |
| burnt offerings | עָלָ֤יו | ʿālāyw | ah-LAV |
| thereon | עֹלוֹת֙ | ʿōlôt | oh-LOTE |
| Lord, the unto | לַֽיהוָ֔ה | layhwâ | lai-VA |
| even burnt offerings | עֹל֖וֹת | ʿōlôt | oh-LOTE |
| morning | לַבֹּ֥קֶר | labbōqer | la-BOH-ker |
| and evening. | וְלָעָֽרֶב׃ | wĕlāʿāreb | veh-la-AH-rev |
