Genesis 22:5
അബ്രാഹാം ബാല്യക്കാരോടു: നിങ്ങൾ കഴുതയുമായി ഇവിടെ ഇരിപ്പിൻ; ഞാനും ബാലനും അവിടത്തോളം ചെന്നു ആരാധന കഴിച്ചു മടങ്ങിവരാം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

| Abide | שְׁבוּ | šĕbû | sheh-VOO |
| ye here | לָכֶ֥ם | lākem | la-HEM |
| with | פֹּה֙ | pōh | poh |
| the ass; | עִֽם | ʿim | eem |
| I and | הַחֲמ֔וֹר | haḥămôr | ha-huh-MORE |
| and the lad | וַֽאֲנִ֣י | waʾănî | va-uh-NEE |
| will go | וְהַנַּ֔עַר | wĕhannaʿar | veh-ha-NA-ar |
| yonder | נֵֽלְכָ֖ה | nēlĕkâ | nay-leh-HA |
| עַד | ʿad | ad | |
| and worship, | כֹּ֑ה | kō | koh |
| and come again | וְנִֽשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֖ה | wĕnišĕttaḥăwe | veh-nee-sheh-ta-huh-VEH |
| to | וְנָשׁ֥וּבָה | wĕnāšûbâ | veh-na-SHOO-va |
