യാക്കോബിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരേ: കൂടിവന്നു കേൾപ്പിൻ; നിങ്ങളുടെ അപ്പനായ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ മൊഴിക്കു ചെവിതരുവിൻ!
| Gather yourselves together, | הִקָּֽבְצ֥וּ | hiqqābĕṣû | hee-ka-veh-TSOO |
| and hear, | וְשִׁמְע֖וּ | wĕšimʿû | veh-sheem-OO |
| ye sons | בְּנֵ֣י | bĕnê | beh-NAY |
| Jacob; of | יַֽעֲקֹ֑ב | yaʿăqōb | ya-uh-KOVE |
| and hearken | וְשִׁמְע֖וּ | wĕšimʿû | veh-sheem-OO |
| unto | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| Israel | יִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| your father. | אֲבִיכֶֽם׃ | ʾăbîkem | uh-vee-HEM |
