അതിന്റെ ശേഷം യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ സിദെക്കീയാവെയും അവന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരെയും ജനത്തെയും ഈ നഗരത്തിൽ മഹാമാരി, വാൾ, ക്ഷാമം എന്നിവെക്കു തെറ്റി ഒഴിഞ്ഞവരെ തന്നേ, ഞാൻ ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസരിന്റെ കയ്യിലും അവരുടെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ കയ്യിലും അവർക്കു പ്രാണഹാനി വരുത്തുവാൻ നോക്കുന്നവരുടെ കയ്യിലും ഏല്പിക്കും; അവൻ അവരോടു ക്ഷമയോ കനിവോ കരുണയോ കാണിക്കാതെ, അവരെ വാളിന്റെ വായ്ത്തലകൊണ്ടു സംഹരിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

I will deliver אֶתֵּ֣ן nātan na-TAHN
אֶת ʾēt ate
Zedekiah צִדְקִיָּ֣הוּ ṣidqiyyâ tseed-kee-YA
king מֶֽלֶךְ melek meh-LEK
of Judah, יְהוּדָ֣ה yĕhûdâ yeh-hoo-DA
וְאֶת ʾēt ate
and his servants, עֲבָדָ֣יו׀ ʿebed eh-VED
וְאֶת ʾēt ate
and the people, הָעָ֡ם ʿam am
וְאֶת ʾēt ate
and such as are left הַנִּשְׁאָרִים֩ šāʾar sha-AR
city בָּעִ֨יר ʿîr eer
in this הַזֹּ֜את zōt zote
from מִן min meen
the pestilence, הַדֶּ֣בֶר׀ deber deh-VER
from מִן min meen
the sword, הַחֶ֣רֶב ḥereb heh-REV
and from וּמִן min meen
the famine, הָרָעָ֗ב rāʿāb ra-AV
into the hand בְּיַד֙ yād yahd
of Nebuchadrezzar נְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֣ר nĕbûkadneʾṣṣar neh-voo-hahd-neh-TSAHR
king מֶֽלֶךְ melek meh-LEK
of Babylon, בָּבֶ֔ל bābel ba-VEL
and into the hand וּבְיַד֙ yād yahd
of their enemies, אֹֽיְבֵיהֶ֔ם ʾōyēb oh-YAVE
and into the hand וּבְיַ֖ד yād yahd
of those that seek מְבַקְשֵׁ֣י bāqaš ba-KAHSH
their life: נַפְשָׁ֑ם nepeš neh-FESH
and he shall smite וְהִכָּ֣ם nākâ na-HA
them with the edge לְפִי pe peh
of the sword; חֶ֔רֶב ḥereb heh-REV
he shall not לֹֽא lōʾ loh
spare יָח֣וּס ḥûs hoos
עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם ʿal al
them, neither וְלֹ֥א lōʾ loh
have pity, יַחְמֹ֖ל ḥāmal ha-MAHL
nor וְלֹ֥א lōʾ loh
have mercy. יְרַחֵֽם׃ rāḥam ra-HAHM
