എന്നാൽ യിരെമ്യാവെ ജനത്തിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിച്ചു കൊല്ലാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ശാഫാന്റെ മകനായ അഹീക്കാം അവന്നു പിന്തുണയായിരുന്നു.

give תֵּת nātan na-TAHN
אֹת֥וֹ ʾēt ate
him into the hand בְיַד yād yahd
of the people הָעָ֖ם ʿam am
to put him to death. לַהֲמִיתֽוֹ׃ mût moot
