ബാബേൽരാജാവിനെ സേവിക്കാത്ത ജാതിയെക്കുറിച്ചു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു പോലെ നീയും നിന്റെ പ്രജകളും വാൾകൊണ്ടും ക്ഷാമംകൊണ്ടും മഹാമാരികൊണ്ടും മരിക്കുന്നതു എന്തിനു?

by the famine, בָּרָעָ֣ב rāʿāb ra-AV
and by the pestilence, וּבַדָּ֑בֶר֙ deber deh-VER
as כַּֽאֲשֶׁר֙ ʾăšer uh-SHER
hath spoken דִּבֶּ֣ר dābar da-VAHR
the Lord יְהוָ֔ה yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
against אֶל ʾēl ale
the nation הַגּ֕וֹי gôy ɡoy
that אֲשֶׁ֥ר ʾăšer uh-SHER
will not לֹֽא lōʾ loh
serve יַעֲבֹ֖ד ʿābad ah-VAHD
אֶת ʾēt ate
the king מֶ֥לֶךְ melek meh-LEK
of Babylon? בָּבֶֽל׃ bābel ba-VEL
