Jeremiah 3:5
അവൻ എന്നേക്കും കോപം സംഗ്രഹിക്കുമോ? അവൻ സദാകാലം ദ്വേഷം വെച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമോ? എന്നിങ്ങനെ നീ പറഞ്ഞു ദുഷ്ടതകളെ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു നിനക്കു സാധിച്ചിമിരിക്കുന്നു.

| Behold, | לָנֶ֑צַח | lāneṣaḥ | la-NEH-tsahk |
| thou hast spoken | הִנֵּ֥ה | hinnē | hee-NAY |
| done and | דִבַּ֛רְתְּ | dibbarĕt | dee-BA-ret |
| evil things | וַתַּעֲשִׂ֥י | wattaʿăśî | va-ta-uh-SEE |
| as thou couldest. | הָרָע֖וֹת | hārāʿôt | ha-ra-OTE |
| וַתּוּכָֽל׃ | wattûkāl | va-too-HAHL |
