യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളും യെഹൂദാമക്കളും ബാല്യംമുതൽ എനിക്കു അനിഷ്ടമായുള്ളതു മാത്രം ചെയ്തുവന്നു; യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ തങ്ങളുടെ കൈകളുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികൾകൊണ്ടു എന്നെ കോപിപ്പിച്ചതേയുള്ളു എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

before בְּעֵינַ֖י ʿayin ah-YEEN
me from their youth: מִנְּעֻרֹֽתֵיהֶ֑ם nāʿûr na-OOR
for כִּ֣י kî kee
the children בְנֵֽי bēn bane
of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל yiśrāʾēl yees-ra-ALE
have only אַ֣ךְ ʾak ak
provoked me to anger מַכְעִסִ֥ים kaʿas ka-AS
אֹתִ֛י ʾēt ate
with the work בְּמַעֲשֵׂ֥ה maʿăśe ma-uh-SEH
of their hands, יְדֵיהֶ֖ם yād yahd
saith נְאֻם nĕʾum neh-OOM
the Lord. יְהוָֽה׃ yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
