വാടകൾക്കും വാളിന്നും എതിരെ തടുത്തു നിൽക്കേണ്ടതിന്നായി ഈ നഗരത്തിൽ പൊളിച്ചിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന വീടുകളെയും യെഹൂദാരാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ അരമനകളെയും കുറിച്ചു യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

and concerning וְעַל ʿal al
the houses בָּתֵּ֖י bayit ba-YEET
of the kings מַלְכֵ֣י melek meh-LEK
of Judah, יְהוּדָ֑ה yĕhûdâ yeh-hoo-DA
which are thrown down הַנְּתֻצִ֕ים nātaṣ na-TAHTS
by אֶל ʾēl ale
the mounts, הַסֹּלְל֖וֹת sōlĕlâ soh-leh-LA
and by וְאֶל ʾēl ale
the sword; הֶחָֽרֶב׃ ḥereb heh-REV
