Jeremiah 34:10
ആരും തന്റെ ദാസനെക്കൊണ്ടും ദാസിയെക്കൊണ്ടും ഇനി അടിമവേല ചെയ്യിക്കാതെ അവരെ സ്വതന്ത്രരായി വിട്ടയക്കേണമെന്നുള്ള നിയമത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട സകല പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും സർവ്വജനവും അതു അനുസരിച്ചു അവരെ വിട്ടയച്ചിരുന്നു.

| וְאִ֤ישׁ | wĕʾîš | veh-EESH | |
| his maidservant, | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| go | שִׁפְחָתוֹ֙ | šipḥātô | sheef-ha-TOH |
| free, | חָפְשִׁ֔ים | ḥopšîm | hofe-SHEEM |
| none that | לְבִלְתִּ֥י | lĕbiltî | leh-veel-TEE |
| should serve | עֲבָד | ʿăbād | uh-VAHD |
| more, any them of themselves | בָּ֖ם | bām | bahm |
