കല്ദയർ രാജഗൃഹത്തെയും ജനത്തിന്റെ വീടുകളെയും തീ വെച്ചു ചുട്ടു, യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ മതിലുകളെ ഇടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

of the people,	הָעָ֔ם	ʿam	am
burned	שָׂרְפ֥וּ	śārap	sa-RAHF
And the Chaldeans	הַכַּשְׂדִּ֖ים	kaśdî	kahs-DEE
with fire,	בָּאֵ֑שׁ	ʾēš	aysh
	וְאֶת	ʾēt	ate
the walls	חֹמ֥וֹת	ḥômâ	hoh-MA
of Jerusalem.	יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם	yĕrûšālaim	yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM
and brake down	נָתָֽצוּ׃	nātaṣ	na-TAHTS
