യഹോവയുടെ ക്രോധം ഹേതുവായി അതു നിവാസികൾ ഇല്ലാതെ അശേഷം ശൂന്യമായിത്തീരും; ബാബേലിന്നരികത്തു കൂടി കടന്നുപോകുന്ന ഏവരും സ്തംഭിച്ചു അതിന്റെ സകല ബാധകളും നിമിത്തം ചൂളുകുത്തും.
