അതുകൊണ്ടു യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ അശ്ശൂർ രാജാവിനെ സന്ദർശിച്ചതുപോലെ ബാബേൽ രാജാവിനെയും അവന്റെ രാജ്യത്തെയും സന്ദർശിക്കും.
