ചേവകർ മഹാപുരോഹിതന്മാരുടെയും പരീശന്മാരുടെയും അടുക്കൽ മടങ്ങിവന്നപ്പോൾ അവർ അവരോടു: നിങ്ങൾ അവനെ കൊണ്ടുവരാഞ്ഞതു എന്തു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു:
