Judges 1:24
പട്ടണത്തിൽനിന്നു ഇറങ്ങിവരുന്ന ഒരുത്തനെ ഒറ്റുകാർ കണ്ടു അവനോടു: പട്ടണത്തിൽ കടപ്പാൻ ഒരു വഴി കാണിച്ചു തരേണം; എന്നാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നോടു ദയചെയ്യും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

| and they said | וַיֹּ֣אמְרוּ | wayyōʾmĕrû | va-YOH-meh-roo |
| Shew him, unto | ל֗וֹ | lô | loh |
| us, we pray thee, | הַרְאֵ֤נוּ | harʾēnû | hahr-A-noo |
| נָא֙ | nāʾ | na | |
| the entrance | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| city, the into | מְב֣וֹא | mĕbôʾ | meh-VOH |
| and we will shew | הָעִ֔יר | hāʿîr | ha-EER |
| וְעָשִׂ֥ינוּ | wĕʿāśînû | veh-ah-SEE-noo | |
| thee mercy. | עִמְּךָ֖ | ʿimmĕkā | ee-meh-HA |
| חָֽסֶד׃ | ḥāsed | HA-sed |
