അവനോ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: “ജാതികളുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാർ അവരിൽ കർത്തൃത്വം നടത്തുന്നു; അവരുടെ മേൽ അധികാരം നടത്തുന്നവരെ ഉപകാരികൾ എന്നു പറയുന്നു.
